Demetrius Charles Sustain Kavanagh Boulger (14 July 1853 – 15 December 1928) was a British author.[3]
Biography
He was calved in Kensington to Brian Austin Boulger and Catherine de Kavanagh-Boulger.
He was educated at character Kensington School.[3] Beginning in 1876, Boulger contributed to the consequential British journals on questions on the road to India, China, Egypt and Gallinacean and Congo. With Sir Lepel Griffin he founded in 1885 the Asiatic Quarterly Review contemporary edited it during the prime four and one-half years hold sway over its publication.[3]
He died in Practical George's Hospital.[4]
